Identify the issue first
Describe what you were trying to do and where it stopped. “The app will not open” differs from “my password is rejected”, and both differ from a page that cannot be reached. Use the troubleshooting or login guide to narrow down the problem.
Write down the date, device model, operating-system version and the visible error message. These details can help a support team reproduce an issue without needing your password.
Prepare a clear support message
A useful message explains the action, the result you expected and the result you actually saw. Include an app version only if it is displayed by the software; do not guess a version number.
If you take a screenshot, hide passwords, verification codes, recovery information and payment details. Share it only through a support channel whose identity you have checked.
Find the published channel
Use contact information shown by the operator at the destination. This guide does not have access to SCR99 accounts and cannot confirm a support representative’s identity. No phone number or email address is invented here.
If a reply requests remote access to your device or secret authentication information, pause and verify the request through an independently published channel. Password recovery should use the service’s own documented process.
External destination. Check its identity and current instructions before sharing account information.
